摘要
推动能源消费革命是工业部门处理好发展和减排关系的必由之路.2014年以来,我国工业保持了平稳较快发展,在推动能源消费革命方面取得了突出成绩.本文从政策机制、结构调整、技术创新、节能增效、能源替代等角度入手,系统回顾了2014年以来工业部门能源消费革命的进展,对未来更高水平开展相关工作作出展望和建议.
Abstract
It's unavoidable to promoting energy consumption revolution for addressing industry development and emission abatement.Since 2014,China's industry has grown steadily and rapidly,the performance in energy consumption revolution is outstanding as well.This paper systematically review the progress in energy consumption revolution in industry since 2014 through policy implementations,structural shifts,technology innovations,energy efficiency and clean energy substitutions,make prospect and suggestions for the future.
