摘要
能源消费革命在能源安全新战略中居于首位.10年来,能源消费革命取得了积极进展和显著成效.全国能耗强度大幅下降,能源消费结构显著优化,工业、建筑、交通运输、公共机构等重点用能领域绿色发展特征日益明显,重点用能设备能效水平加快提升,能源消费领域技术创新、模式创新不断涌现,全社会能源消费革命氛围愈发浓厚.未来,需进一步推进能源消费革命,为建设美丽中国、实现碳达峰碳中和目标提供更有力的支撑.
Abstract
The energy consumption revolution ranks first in the new energy security strategy.Over the past 10 years,positive progress and significant results have been achieved.The energy consumption intensity has significantly decreased,energy consumption structure has been dramatically optimized.The green development characteristics of key energy consuming areas such as industry,construction,transportation,and public institutions are becoming increasingly evident.The energy efficiency level of key energy consuming equipment has significantly improved,and technological innovation and model innovation in the energy consumption field continue to emerge.The revolutionary atmosphere of energy consumption in the whole society is becoming increasingly strong.In the future,it is necessary to further promote the energy consumption revolution and provide stronger support for building a beautiful China and achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.
