摘要
石油天然气行业是我国"四个革命、一个合作"能源安全新战略的"主战场".10年来,我国在油气生产、消费、体制改革、科技创新、国际合作等方面,取得了多重突破和显著进展,有力支撑了我国经济社会的安全和绿色发展.面对未来国内外宏观经济和能源发展的新形势,进一步深入推进能源安全新战略,加快规划建设新型能源体系,油气行业需要兼顾能源革命和安全转型的重要目标,任重道远.
Abstract
The oil and gas field is the"main battlefield"of the New Energy Security Strategy of"Four Revolutions and One Cooperation".Over the past decade,multiple breakthroughs and significant progress in the oil and gas field in production,consumption,reform,scientific and technological innovation,and international cooperation,which has made great contributions to the safety and green development of China's economy and society.Facing the new situation in the macroeconomic and energy fields in the country and abroad in the future,it is necessary to further promote the new energy security strategy and accelerate the planning and construction of the new energy system.It is still challenging for the oil and gas industry to pursue the important goals of revolution and transformation.
