在推进"双碳"战略背景下,终端用能电气化是大势所趋.高温蒸汽在工业领域需求量大,如何利用电能以高效节能的方式获取高温工业蒸汽仍是难点热点问题.本文阐述了高温工业蒸汽热泵行业发展的重要意义及国内有关进展,指出高温工业蒸汽热泵将成为未来解决工业生产用热需求的重要新型技术路线,而且能够带动相关产业技术变革,催生新质生产力.建议强化高温工业蒸汽热泵产业的战略定位、加大科技投入、推动典型示范、加强政策支持,推动产业加快发展.
Abstract
In the context of promoting the dual-carbon strategy,electrification of terminal energy use is the general trend.High temperature steam is widely used in many industrial fields,but how to use electric energy to obtain high temperature industrial steam is still a difficult and hot issue.This paper expounds the significance of the development of high temperature industrial steam heat pump and the relevant domestic progress,pointing out that high temperature industrial steam heat pump will become an important new technical route to solve the demand for industrial production heat in the future,and can drive the technological change of related industries and promote new quality productive forces.It is suggested to strengthen the strategic positioning of the high-temperature industrial steam heat pump industry,increase investment in science and technology,promote typical demonstrations,strengthen policy support,and promote the accelerated development of the industry.
