Analysis and Suggestions on the Beijing Energy-saving Standards
For researching the Beijing energy-saving standards system,this paper combs the current energy-saving local standards in Beijing,analyzes the mechanism,quality and configuration of energy-saving standards,and summarizes the effectiveness of energy-saving standards from the aspects of energy utilization efficiency,green development in key areas and refined management of energy-saving work in Beijing.According to the situation of energy conservation in Beijing,the challenges of energy conservation standards are analyzed.At last,this paper suggests speeding up the revision of energy conservation standards in key areas,orderly improving and regulating the utilization of renewable energy,and strengthening the collaborative work of energy conservation standards in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
