Research on Promoting the High-quality Development of Large-scale Clean Energy Bases in Western China
To implement the new energy security strategy of"four revolutions and one cooperation",it is necessary to place greater emphasis on promoting the development of new energy and clean energy.Large-scale clean energy bases in the western region are an important support for accelerating the construction of a new energy system and an integral part of the formation of new quality productive forces in the western region.Under the guidance of policy,the scale and quality of large-scale clean energy bases in the western region have been continuously improved,playing a significant role in implementing the new energy security strategy,cultivating new quality productive forces,and building a new power system.However,there are still urgent issues to be addressed,such as uneven structural development,difficulties in transmission,and a low level of marketization.To promote the high-quality development of large-scale clean energy bases in the western region,we should adhere to the priority of ecology,optimize the energy supply structure,accelerate the construction of transmission channels and infrastructure networks,give full play to the leading role of energy technology innovation,establish and improve the power market system,promote the deep integration of the clean energy industry with manufacturing,transportation,and other industries,and provide support for accelerating the construction of a new energy system.
