小型反应堆与煤电机组融合发展面临的问题研究

为应对日益严重的气候变化问题,低碳化、清洁化已成为全球能源发展的主基调,其中电力系统的脱碳是全社会实现零碳发展的重要一环。核能是安全、低碳、清洁、高能量密度的战略能源,对优化能源结构、减少温室气体排放发挥着重要作用。小型反应堆作为核能利用的前沿领域,在提升安全性的同时,也具有较高的经济性。根据煤电机组现状和未来小堆发展特点,本研究提出四种不同类型的融合发展模式。结果表明,小型堆与煤电机组的融合发展,不仅可以提高社会用能效率、降低碳排放强度,而且能提升新型电力系统下用能的安全性和可靠性。提高小型堆技术本质安全性、解决公众心理安全问题、降低小型堆单位造价、拓宽小型堆与煤电机组应用范围,有利于解决小型堆发展难题,推动小型堆与煤电机组融合发展。
Research and Suggestions on The Facing Problems of Integration Development of Small Reactors and Coal Power Units
To cope with the increasingly serious problem of climate change,decarbonization and cleanliness have become the main keynote of global energy development.The decarbonization of the power system is an important part of society-wide zero-carbon development.Nuclear energy is a safe,low-carbon,clean and high-energy-density strategic energy source,which plays an important role in optimizing the energy structure and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.As a cutting-edge field of nuclear energy utilization,small reactors have high economy while enhancing safety.According to the current situation of coal power units and the characteristics of future small reactor development,four different types of fusion development modes are proposed.The fusion development of small reactors and coal power units can not only improve the efficiency of social energy use and reduce the intensity of carbon emissions,but also enhance the security and reliability of energy use under the new power system.Improving the intrinsic safety of small reactor technology,solving the public psychological safety problem,reducing the unit cost of small reactors,and broadening the scope of application of small reactors and coal power units are conducive to solving the problems of development of small reactors,and promoting the integration of small reactors and coal power units.
