2023年中国加氢站发展评估

全球以交通为代表的氢能应用持续增长,且逐步由燃料电池汽车拓展至轨道交通、船舶及航空器等领域。截至2023年底,全球在营加氢站数量达到930座,主要分布在以中国、韩国为代表的亚洲地区,其中,中国已建成运营加氢站474座。2023年,全球加氢站数量增速略有放缓,在燃料电池汽车城市群示范引领下,我国"氢能高速"等场景成为新探索的方向,并创新开展综合能源站、制氢加氢一体站等多元模式,以提高建设运营水平。值得注意的是,相较于发达国家,我国仍存在加氢站管理体系与建设运营规划不完善、氢气供应成本高效率低、质量体系不健全等问题,需在政策、标准、规范等方面不断完善,以推动加氢站建设高质量发展。
Development and Assessment of China's Hydrogen Refueling Stations in 2023
The global application of hydrogen energy,represented by transportation sector,continues to grow and is gradually expanding from fuel cell vehicles to other fields such as rail transit,ships,and aircraft.By the end of 2023,the number of operational hydrogen refueling stations worldwide has reached 930,mainly distributed in Asian regions represented by China and South Korea,of which China has built and operated 474 hydrogen refueling stations.In 2023,the global growth rate of hydrogen refueling stations has slightly slowed down.Under the continuous leadership of the demonstration of fuel cell vehicle urban clusters,scenarios such as'hydrogen highways'in our country have become new directions for exploration.Innovations in diverse models such as integrated energy stations and hydrogen production and refueling stations have been carried out to improve the level of construction and operation.It is worth noting that,compared to advanced countries,our country still faces issues such as an imperfect management system and construction and operation planning for hydrogen refueling stations,high costs and low efficiency of hydrogen supply,and an incomplete quality system.Continuous improvements in policies,standards,and regulations are needed to promote the high-quality development of hydrogen refueling stations.
