As a component of clean energy, the photovoltaic industry is an important engine to promote China's energy transformation.Based on key factors such as carbon market price and power grid emission factors, this paper combines the low-carbon and economic characteristics of photovoltaic projects to build a low-carbon comprehensive benefits model. In this paper, the low-carbon comprehensive benefits per kW·h is analyzed and compared with examples, and the influence of carbon related benefits on a low-carbon comprehensive benefits is discussed. The results show that, the positive effect of low-carbon attribute on the economic benefits in photovoltaic projects can be quantified by the model. And the model can meet the needs of comprehensive benefit evaluation of photovoltaic projects under dual-carbon strategy. The introduction of carbon-related benefits increased the comprehensive benefits of photovoltaic projects by 11%to 31%compared with economic-related benefits. In small-scale projects,carbon-related benefits account for more than 19%,emerging as a significant determinant in boosting project economic.
