新型电力系统下车网互动的减碳价值及综合效益评价研究

随着电动汽车保有量快速增长及电网低碳转型步伐的加快,推动电动汽车与电网双向灵活互动,对建设新型电力系统和实现"双碳"目标具有重要意义。基于此,本文首先概述了现阶段车网互动的三种主流技术现状及国内外应用现状;其次从加快新能源消纳、提升发电机组运行效率、降低电网建设规模三方面着手,研究了车网互动的减碳价值;最后从环境效益、经济价值、可靠性、社会认可度四个方面建立评价指标,为车网互动对电力系统的综合效益水平进行了阶段划分,以期在新型能源体系中发挥更大的参考价值。
With the rapid growth of electric vehicle number and the acceleration of low-carbon transformation of the power grid,it is of great significance to promote the two-way flexible interaction between electric vehicles and the power grid for the construction of a new power system and the realization of the"dual carbon"goal.Based on this,this paper firstly summarizes three mainstream technologies of the current status on"Vehicle to Grid"and their application status at home and abroad.Secondly,from the three aspects:accelerating the consumption of new energy,improving the operation efficiency of generator sets and reducing the scale of power grid construction,the carbon reduction value of"Vehicle to Grid"is studied.Finally,an evaluation index is established from the four aspects:environmental benefit,economic value,reliability and social recognition.And the comprehensive benefit level of"Vehicle to Grid"is divided into different stages,in order to play a greater reference value in the new energy system.
