摘要
资源型老工业城市具有资源型和老工业城市的双重属性,从资源开发利用、接续产业培育和城市综合转型的角度综合考虑,资源型老工业城市转型发展是我国经济高质量发展的重要一环.加快资源型老工业城市转型发展,是提高我国能源安全和产业安全的战略举措,也是促进区域协调发展的重大任务.建议今后一个时期,从国家层面加强全局统筹,综合施策,采取新的战略性举措,推动资源型老工业城市迸发"新活力".
Abstract
Resource-based old industrial cities have dual attributes of resource-based cities and old industrial ones.Taking into account the resource development and utilization,the cultivation of successive industries,and the comprehensive transformation of the city,the transformation development of the resource-based old industrial cities is important to high-quality economic development in China.Accelerating the transformation development of the resource-based old industrial cities is a strategic measure to enhance the energy and industrial security in China,and also an important task to promote the regional coordinated development.It is suggested that in the coming period,comprehensive strategies should be adopted from the national level to promote the resource-based old industrial cities and unleash"new vitality".
