Investigation on the utilization of Real-time PCR and forecast microbiology in traditional liquor production
The establishment of liquor culturable microorganisms resource data bank and forecast microbiology mathematical model, which is based on the technique of Real-time PCR and forecast microbiology,could make further understanding of the change laws of each kind of liquor culturable microorganisms in liquor production and the effects of environment factors on the change of liquor culturable microbiological groups. In addition, it could provide important parameters for the optimizing of craft of liquor production.
