木聚糖酶是一种重要的工业酶制剂,现已从多种生物体中分离到大量的不同类型和功能的木聚糖酶.其已经在造纸、饲料、食品和酿酒行业被广泛应用.该文就木聚糖酶的来源、分类、结构、应用等方面的研究现状和进展进行了综述,并对其应用前景进行了展望.
Applications of xylanases and its research progress
Xylanase,a kind of industrial enzyme,can be isolated from various organisms with different types and functions.Xylanases have wide applications in the paper,feed,food and brewing industries.The source,classification,structure and applications of xylanase were introduced,and its application prospect was also forecasted.
