Morchella liquid fermentation culture medium and optimization of cultivation conditions
In this paper,we researched studied on Morchella liquid fermentation culture medium and cultivation conditions of optimization by using the single factor and orthogonal experiment design method.The results showed that optimal Morchella liquid fermentation medium was starch 2.5％,yeast extract 2.5％,MgSO4 0.1％,KH2PO4 0.2％ and VB1 0.2％; The optimum cultivation conditions were pH value 6,fermentation temperature 28℃,rotational speed 140r/min,fluid amount 100ml/250ml,and shaking culture 7d.Under the optimum conditions the production of mycelial biomass reached 3.438g/200ml.Morchella liquid fermentation medium and fermentation conditions for the optimization of the mycelium of production was efficient,and established the foundation for later development of Morchella fungi resources products.
