Review of regulations of mycotoxins limit standard in foods
Mycotoxins not only contaminate food,but also cause serious harm to human health.The paper collected some relevant regulations on mycotoxins limit standards,which were published by contries as United States,Canada,Australia,New Zealand,Japan,Korea,regions as Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan,and national organization as Codex Alimentarius Commission,European Union.Above all,a comprehensive comparison among the regulations was given to provide useful reference for promoting relevant standards to integrate with the intemational regulations,and thus improving the management and control of mycotoxins in food in the mainland of China.
