Analysis of transcriptome preliminary information of Monascus growth under cheese environment based on RNA-Seq technology

采用转录组测序(RNA-Seq)技术,对生长在干酪基质环境下的红曲霉(Monascus)进行了转录组分析.采用第二代测序技术,基于Illumina NextSeq 500测序平台进行分析,得到了序列总长度为59 935 140 bp的转录本(transcripts),22 377 414 bp长度的非重复序列基因(unigene),共18 042条.对聚类得到的Unigene与数据库NR、GO、KEGG、eggNOG和Swiss-Prot进行比对并作基因功能注释,注释到GO数据库的序列有12 186条,注释到eggNOG数据库的序列有17 777条,KEGG中有3 251条序列被注释到,涉及的pathway有42条.这些注释信息的完成在基因组学上为红曲霉应用于干酪的生产提供了重要依据.
The transcriptome of Monascus growth under cheese matrix environment was analyzed by RNA-Seq technology.Using second generation sequencing technology,based on the analysis of Illumina NextSeq 500 sequencing platform,the transcripts with 59 935 140 bp and unigene with 22 377 414 bp were obtained (total 18 042).The Unigene obtained by clustering was compared with NR,GO,KEGG,eggNOG and Swiss-Prot databases and annotated with gene function.The GO,eggNOG and KEGG database was annotated to 12 186,17 777 and 3 251 sequences,respectively.42 pathways were obtained.The completion of these annotations information provided basis for the application of Monascus in the cheese production.
