Research status of xylanase molecular modification and industrial application
Xylanase is ubiquitous in various microorganisms as a multi-enzyme system,and attracted wide attention from papermaking industry,feed industry,energy industry,food and medicine industry.However,the poor temperature and pH tolerance,low enzyme activity and expression level,and high production costs severely limited natural enzyme molecule promotion and application.The artificially modification technology transformed xylanase to suite social production,to open up a broader range of applications,to create greater commercial value,and to promote social and human progress while retaining its original advantages.Based on the biochemical characteristics ofxytanase,the paper introduced the artificial modification method of xylanase,and finally summarized the main application of xylanase.
