Optimization of liquid fermentation condition and component change analysis of stems and leaves of Codonopsis
In this experiment, using Ganoderma lucidum as strain, the stems and leaves of Codonopsis were fermented, using polysaccharide content as response value, the liquid fermentation conditions of stems and leaves of Codonopsis were optimized by single factor and response surface experi-ments,and the changes of stems and leaves of Codonopsis composition before and after fermentation were analyzed. The results showed that the optimal liquid fermentation conditions for stems and leaves of Codonopsis were fermentation time 6.5 d,solid to liquid ratio 7.5∶100(g∶ml),and the medium initial pH 8.Under these conditions, the content of crude polysaccharide in the fermented stems and leaves of Codonopsis was 37.59 mg/g.Compared with before fermentation, the crude polysaccharide content in the fermented stems and leaves of Codonopsis increased by 115.32%,the total saponins content decreased by 56.22%,and the total flavonoids content decreased by 77.33%.
