Product traceability refers to the detailed recording of product information from various aspects such as raw materials,production,and warehousing,in order to achieve real-time tracking of product status and flow.The establishment of a perfect product traceability system is a manda-tory requirement of the government supervision department for Baijiu enterprises,as well as the objective need for the development of the enterprise itself.Taking small and medium-sized Baijiu enterprises as the research objects,the current status of the traceability system was analyzed,the estab-lishment,information transmission and implementation process of the traceability system were systematically expounded,and focuses on introducing a traceability information and standardized coding scheme suitable for Baijiu enterprises,which can be used for reference by relevant enterprises.
