摘要
当前我国白酒产业正处于转型升级的关键时期,呈现优势产能向优势产区集中、行业利润向头部企业集中、产业数字化转型提速的发展趋势.该文采用归纳分析的方法概述了四川白酒产业发展现状和存在的问题,在此基础上,立足于成都都市圈发展机遇,从4个方面提出推动四川白酒产业高质量发展的对策,包括构建企业梯度培育格局、建设优质白酒示范园区、打造白酒产业品牌高地、实施产业建圈强链行动等,从而为四川白酒产业高质量发展明确了方向,同时对其他省市白酒产业发展具有指导意义.
Abstract
Currently,the Chinese Baijiu industry is undergoing a critical period of transformation and upgrading,showing a development trend of con-centrated advantageous production capacity to advantageous production areas,a concentration of industry profits among leading companies,and an acceleration of digital transformation of the industry.In this paper,the status of the Sichuan Baijiu industry and the existing problems were summa-rized by inductive analysis methods.On that basis,based on the development opportunities of Chengdu's metropolitan area,four countermeasures to promote high quality development of Sichuan Baijiu industry were proposed from 4 aspects,including the building of gradient cultivation patterns,the construction of high-quality Baijiu demonstration parks,the establishment of a highland brand,and the establishment of a strong industry chain.It had a clear direction for high-quality development for Sichuan Baijiu industry,and had guiding significance for the development of other provinces and cities.
