Research progress on resource utilization techniques of Chinese Baijiu distiller's grains
Baijiu industry is an important industry in China.In the brewing process of Baijiu,a large amount of solid waste-distillers'grains is formed.The distillers'grains have high moisture and are easily corrupted,which has the risk of secondary environmental pollution.However,the distillers'grains also contain a lot of starch,protein,fat,cellulose and other substances,which is a high-quality organic resource.The resource utilization tech-nology of distillers'grains has been a hot research direction in Baijiu industry.In this paper,the composition of distillers'grains was summarized,and the necessity of processing distillers'grains was analyzed.The research progress of distillers'grains in feed production,organic fertilizer production,functional materials production,energy production,active material extraction and raw material preparation,secondary brewing was summarized.The future development direction of distillers'grains resource technology was prospected and suggestions were put forward.
