贵州打造酱香型白酒金三角产区构想及策略

构建贵州酱香型白酒金三角产区对于进一步做大做强贵州白酒产业有重要意义。贵州白酒业的发展已经表现出一定程度的空间聚集性,具备依托遵义、贵阳和铜仁三地建设酱香型白酒金三角产区的先天条件。贵州省政府应在依托地理、交通、产业规模等方面的优势条件下,制定一系列产区管理策略,包括明确定义产区范围、优化原材料、促进合作与创新、注重生态保护、加强人才培养等途径,借鉴法国波尔多葡萄酒产群聚集的成功经验,建立区域标识和品牌、加强企业合作与资源共享、推动创新与研发、拓展国内外市场,并在发展中注重生态环保、加强政府政策支持和引导,从而增强贵州白酒产业的竞争力,促进可持续发展,为地方经济繁荣和国际市场拓展奠定基础。
Conceptualization and strategy of establishing Guizhou's Golden Triangle production area for sauce-flavor Baijiu
It is of great significance to construct the Golden Triangle producing area of Guizhou sauce-flavor(Jiangxiangxing)Baijiu for further en-larging and strengthening Guizhou Baijiu industry.The development of Guizhou Baijiu industry had shown a certain degree of spatial aggregation,and had the innate conditions to build the Golden Triangle production area of sauce-flavor Baijiu based on Zunyi,Guiyang and Tongren.Based on its advantages in geography,transportation and industrial scale,the Guizhou provincial government should formulate a series of management strategies for producing areas,including clearly defining the range of producing areas,optimizing raw materials,promoting cooperation and innovation,empha-sizing ecological protection and strengthening talent training.Drawing on the successful experience of Bordeaux wine cluster in France,the Guizhou provincial government should establish regional identity and brand,strengthen enterprise cooperation and resource sharing,promote innovation and research and development,expand domestic and foreign markets,pay attention to ecological environmental protection in the development,strengthen government policy support and guidance,so as to enhance the competitiveness of Guizhou Baijiu industry,promote sustainable development,and lay the foundation for local economic prosperity and international market expansion.
