Objective To observe the effect of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with doxycycline and fusidic acid cream in treatment of moderate to severe acne.Methods Seventy patients with moderate and severe acne visiting Department of Dermatology,the First People's Hospital of Huzhou from July 2022 to April 2023,were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 patients in each group.The control group was given medication,including oral doxycycline and topical fusidic acid cream while the observation group was treated with medication combined with supramolecular salicylic acid used once every two weeks and a total of four times.Results The efficacy of the observation group(85.71％,30/35)was better than that of the control group(62.86％,22/35),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.786,P＜0.05).Conclusion Supramolecular salicylic acid combined with doxycycline and fusidic acid cream is effective in the treatment of moderate and severe acne,which is worth popularizing.
