摘要
患者女,22 岁,前胸瘢痕6 年余,半年前曾行手术切除,术后复发.患处瘢痕瘙痒伴疼痛,瘢痕色鲜红,质韧,大小约69.0 mm×18.0 mm×4.0 mm,温哥华瘢痕评分10 分.西医诊断:瘢痕疙瘩.中医诊断:蟹足肿,痰瘀互结证.采用小针刀联合火针中医特色外治,治以行气化痰,活血祛瘀,经连续10 次治疗后效果明显,瘢痕大小60.0 mm×15.0 mm×1.0 mm,温哥华瘢痕评分4 分.随访6 个月,患者瘢痕未再复发,无不良反应.
Abstract
A 22-year-old female had keloid on her chest for more than 6 years,which had been surgically removed six months ago and recurred after surgery.The scar was itchy and painful,bright red,tough,about 69.0 mm×18.0 mm×4.0 mm in size.Vancouver scar scored 10.The scar was diagnosed as keloid by Western medicine,and the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis is phlegm stasis interjunction syndrome.Small needle-knife combined with fire needle were used to promote qi and eliminate phlegm,promote blood circulation,and remove blood stasis.After 10 consecutive treatments,the scar size decreased to 60.0 mm×15.0 mm×1.0 mm.Vancouver scar score decreased to 4 points.After 6 months of follow-up,the patient had no recurrence of scar and no adverse reactions.
