A 41-year-old female presented with asymptomatic white papules on the neck for two years.There was no history of trauma,inflammation or acne at the site of rash.Dermatologic examination showed multiple firm and white papules,2-5 mm in diameter,on the neck.Histopathological examination of the neck showed a generally normal epidermis,with a mild lymphocyte infiltration around the vessels in upper dermis and loose collagen fibers in upper and middle dermis.Elastic fiber staining revealed a reduction of elastic fibers in the upper dermis and significant fragmentation of elastic fibers in the upper and middle dermis.The diagnose was papular elastorrhexis.
