Role of TWEAK/Fn14-NF-κB-VEGF Signaling Pathway in Angiogenesis
Angiogenesis is a complex prococess, which is involved in the occurrence and development of many normal physiology and diseases, and is regulated by a variety of cytokines, signaling pathways and genes. The combination of tumor necrosis factor-like weak apoptosis inducible factor(TWEAK)and receptor fibroblast growth factor-inducible factor 14(Fn14)can regulate cell proliferation, cell differentiation and angiogenesis. With the development of research,TWEAK/Fn14 provides a new direction for the occurrence and treatment of many diseases. This article reviews the relationship and role of TWEAK/Fn14-NF-κB-VEGF signaling pathway in angiogenesis.
