Uncertainty Evaluation of Determination of 2,4-Diaminoto-luene and 4,4'-methylenedianiline in Furniture Leather by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
Based on GB/T 40907-2021,the content of 2,4-diaminotoluene and 4,4'-methylenedianiline in furni-ture leather were determined.According to JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty,the sources of uncertainty were analyzed and each uncertainty component was calculated to obtain a synthetic standard uncertainty.The results show that when the content of 2,4-diaminotoluene ( TDA) in the sample is 1.21 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty is 0.07 mg/kg ( k=2) .When the content of 4,4'-methylenedianiline ( MDA) is 0.84 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty is 0.05 mg/kg ( k=2) .The main sources of measurement uncertainty are the quality value of standard materials,standard solution preparation process,standard curve fitting process,and instruments.
