基于运动生物力学的运动鞋定制鞋垫设计综述

运动损伤会降低人体活力,因此运动员对于运动防护诉求较为强烈,而防护性能是运动鞋定制鞋垫等运动装备所需必备功能.目前,定制鞋垫通常具备不平整波浪外形,此特性依赖于足型及足部生物力学特征设计,旨在优化改进足部功能,保护、支撑人体机体;将其置于运动鞋鞋内与足部密切接触,以调整足底和外界的接触面积、角度等改变足部生物力学结构与特征,提高下肢关节稳定性,预防运动损伤.为确保运动员机体不受损伤,本文简要概述了运动鞋定制鞋垫的运动生物力学特征,针对运动员实际需求设计分析了运动鞋定制鞋垫.
Review of Customized Insoles Design for Sports Shoes Based on Sports Biomechanics
Sports injuries can reduce human vitality,so athletes have a strong demand for sports protection,and protective performance is a necessary function for customized insoles and other sports equipment.At present,custom-ized insoles usually have an uneven wavy shape,which depends on the design of foot shape and biomechanical charac-teristics.The aim of customized insoles is to optimize and improve foot function,protect and support the human body,and they are placed in sports shoes in close contact with the foot to adjust the contact area and angle between the sole and the outside world,change the biomechanical structure and characteristics of the foot,improve the stability of low-er limb joints,and prevent sports injuries.Therefore,in order to ensure that athletes' bodies are not damaged,this article briefly outlined the biomechanical characteristics of customized insoles for sports shoes,designed and analyzed customized insoles for sports shoes based on the actual needs of athletes.
