生物质舒适环保仿真皮鞋底材料的研究

选取弹性佳、韧性好的天然橡胶和耐磨性能优异的丁苯橡胶及抗屈挠性能优越的高苯乙烯作为主基材,添加硅烷偶联剂等化学助剂对皮粉进行表面处理,促进皮革在基体中的分散性并提高其与橡胶基体的相容性.通过较优的加工工艺条件,将天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶和高苯乙烯按50:50:60的比例进行三元共混,同时添加100份经硅烷偶联剂(Si69、KH550)或尿素表面处理过的皮纤维,能有效地提高皮纤维橡胶复合材料的物理机械性能.添加改性后的皮纤维可制备出耐磨耐折、拉伸撕裂及止滑性能优异的高强度仿真皮鞋底.
Biomass Comfortable and Environmentally Friendly Simulated Leather Sole Materials
This paper selected natural rubber( NR) with excellent elasticity and toughness,and styrene-butadiene rubber( SBR) with outstanding wear resistance,as well as high styrene( HS) with exceptional flex resistance as the main substrates.Chemical additives like silane coupling agents were used to surface-treat leather powder,promoting its dispersion within the matrix and enhancing its compatibility with the rubber matrix.Through optimal processing conditions,NR,SBR and HS were blended in a ratio of 50:50:60.Additionally,100 parts of scraps leather fibres surface-treated with silane coupling agents ( Si69,KH550) or urea are added,significantly improving the physical and mechanical properties of the leather fiber-rubber composites.The modified scraps leather fibers can prepare high-strength simulated leather soles with excellent wear resistance,folding resistance,tensile strength,tear resistance,and anti-slip properties.
