Differences in Plantar Pressure Characteristics among Male College Students with Mild and Moderate Flat Feet
To explore the difference of plantar pressure characteristics between mild and moderate flat feet patients,The plantar pressure data of 20 male college students with flat feet aged 18~25 years old were collected using the podomed high frequency plantar pressure distribution test tablet system. They were divided into mild and moderate groups according to the arch index of the system, and the plantar pressure data of their ipsilateral left foot were com-pared and analyzed. The results indicate that the maximum pressure value, average pressure value, high pressure point, and high pressure impulse point of moderate flatfeet patients are higher than those of mild flatfoot patients ( P<0.05).The medial load value of patients with moderate flatfeet is close to the lateral load ratio (P<0.05).There is a significant difference in the plantar pressure characteristics between mild and moderate flat feet.As the degree of flat feet deepens, the pressure value will increase, the value of high-pressure impulse point will increase,as well as the load on the inner foot, the contact surface and force area will gradually increase.
