Taking the industrial Internet as the starting point,this paper analyzed the status quo and challenges of the footwear industry cluster in the process of digital transformation,as well as the value and opportunities that the in-dustrial Internet can bring.The definition of the concept and characteristics of the digital transformation of the foot-wear industry cluster and the core characteristics and advantages of the industrial Internet were introduced.The specif-ic application scenarios and value creation methods of the industrial Internet in the footwear industry cluster were ana-lyzed in detail,and then the driving force and obstacles of the digital transformation of the footwear industry cluster were discussed.On this basis,some specific suggestions and prospects were put forward to provide reference for the digital transformation of the footwear industry cluster.
