Preparation and Application Performance of Environmentally Friendly Polyurethane Coating for Sports Synthetic Leather Surface
In order to optimize the application performance of sports equipment and improve the mechanical and sanitary properties of sports synthetic leather,this paper prepared an environmentally friendly waterborne polyurethane coating using polyethylene glycol and siloxane as raw materials,and tested and characterized its application perform-ance based on basic properties,hydrophobicity,and mechanical properties.The results show that the basic properties of environmentally friendly polyurethane coating on the surface of sports synthetic leather are generally superior.With the increase of the amount of environmentally friendly waterborne polyurethane emulsion,the water contact angle of the environmentally friendly polyurethane coating on the surface of sports synthetic leather increases first and then de-creases,when the amount is 9%,the water contact angle of the coating reaches the maximum and the hydrophobic property is the best.With the increase of the amount of environmentally friendly waterborne polyurethane emulsion,the tensile strength of the environmentally friendly polyurethane coating used for the surface of sports synthetic leather decreases continuously,the elongation at break increases gradually,and the peel strength increases first and then de-creases,when the amount is 9%,the peel strength of the coating reaches the maximum,and the mechanical proper-ties are generally good.
