The costume art of drama characters has a long and profound history.As a special language to create costume art and aesthetic feelings,it is not only a manifestation of the designer's personality,but also an indispensa-ble soul in the play.In the process of exploring the fusion of tradition and modernity,the leather element,with its u-nique texture,gloss and durability,has injected new vitality into the design of theatrical costumes.This paper started with the color of drama clothing,studied strategies of integrating the drama clothing color elements into the leather fashion design,and through the case to illustrate.By integrating the color of drama clothing into leather clothing de-sign,the comprehensive design level can be improved to meet the development needs of modern clothing design.
