摘要

品牌营销是皮革产品成功的关键,在这个过程中,顾客的体验和满意度成为重中之重.对于皮革产品企业,如何构建一个以顾客为核心的品牌营销模式,以提升品牌知名度和顾客忠诚度,是企业面临的重要问题.本文介绍了以顾客为核心的营销模式的概念和重要性,分析了国际知名皮革品牌营销案例.探讨了如何构建以顾客为核心的皮革产品品牌营销模式,包括明星代言营销、数字营销与社交媒体、危机公关营销等方面.本文指出以顾客为核心的皮革产品品牌营销有利于皮革企业实现品牌的长期发展和成功.

Abstract

Brand marketing is the key to the success of leather products,in this process,customer experience and satisfaction have become of utmost importance.For leather product enterprises,how to build a customer-centered brand marketing model to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty is an important issue that enterprises face.This article introduced the concept and importance of customer-centered marketing models,and analyzed the market-ing cases of internationally renowned leather brands.It explored how to build a customer-centered leather product brand marketing model,including celebrity endorsement marketing,digital marketing and social media,crisis public relations marketing,and so on.It is pointed out that customer-centered leather product brand marketing is beneficial for leather enterprises to achieve long-term brand development and success.
