Value Estimates of The Dominant Ecosystem Services in Yellow River Delta Wetland
The Yellow River Delta wetland is the world's most typical estuarine delta wetland in warm temperate zone, with a wide range of ecosystem services. In this article, based on the characteristics and mechanism of each ecological functions, it did the quantitative estimates of the value of each dominant ecosystem services, using approaches of ecological economics, environmental economics or resource economics, respectively. The results showed that: in the ten dominant ecosystem services of Yellow River Delta wetland, the values of the flood water storage and the degradation of pollutants have the largest function value, the value per unit area of Yellow River Delta wetland is about ten times of the country' average, and the natural wetland unit area value is much more than the artificial wetland. Trie results of this study make it intuitive to see the benefits of wetland to humans, and provide a scientific basis for the reasonable pricing and efficient compensation of wetland ecological resources.
