基于生命特征的城市竞争生态位评价分析

从系统论的角度来看,城市生命体是一个具有新陈代谢、生长发育、遗传变异、自适应和应急性等特征的复杂巨系统.由于座落位置无法移动,更需要在长期的生存竞争中找准适合自己发展的竞争生态位和竞争策略.本文认为,城市竞争生态位是一个城市在时间和空间上的相对特定位置及其与环境的功能关系,一个城市生命体的城市竞争生态位越强,从外界获取的各类资源就越多,跨入更高发展能级的概率就更大.从城市生命体的生命特征出发,按照对城市生命体发展至关重要、具有广泛代表性且可量化分析、尽可能精简等原则,本文选取了反映新陈代谢(A)、生长发育(B)、遗传变异(C)、自适应和应急性(D)等4大类19项因子,采用信息熵方法来确定各指标的权重系数,提出了基于生命特征的城市竞争生态位评价分析模型.在此基础上,以实证研究的方式,选取了包括上海、南京、杭州等26市在内的长三角地区城市群,测算出有关城市在1984-2014年间的城市竞争生态位和4大类城市竞争子生态位.综合运用时空对比、相关性分析等方法,对相关数据进行分析发现:①城市竞争生态位总体呈上升态势;②城市竞争生态位增长不平衡;③城市竞争生态位逐步出现明显分层现象;④城市竞争生态位距首位城市越近增长越快;⑤遗传变异子生态位对城市竞争生态位变化影响相对较大.根据有关分析结论,提出相应针对性对策建议:①进一步强化首位城市的功能;②着力提升城市群发展的质量;③找准城市竞争策略实现错位发展;④加强与首位城市或中心城市的互补发展;⑤加大固定资产投资、科技教育支出等方面投入.
Contrastive analysis of urban competitive niche on vital signs
From the perspective of system theory,city can be identified as a life of complex giant system with the characteristics of metabolism,growth and development,genetic variation,adaptability and emergency.Because urban life's location is stationary,it was necessary to investigate the competitive niche and competitive strategy for the long-term survival competition.This paper argues that the urban competitive niche is urban life in time and space on the relative specific position and functional relationship with the ecological environment.If urban life's competitive niche was stronger,it could obtain more external resources and be more probable to access a higher level of development.From the inherent nature of urban life,the index selection principles are proposed as broadly representation,quantitative analysis and conciseness.Nineteen indexes sorted into four different groups-metabolism (A),growing development (B),genetic variation (C),and adaptive and emergency (D) were selected.The method of information entropy was applied to determine the weight coefficients of each index,then a urban competitive niche evaluation model based on life characteristics was proposed.On this basis,the Yangtze River delta city group including Shanghai,Nanjing,Hangzhou and other 26 cities are selected as an empirical sample.we calculated urban competitive niche and 4 types of urban competitive sub-niche of the relevant city from 1984 to 2014.With the application of spatial correlation and correlation analysis to explore the sample data,the results showed that:① the overall cities' competitive niche present an increasing growth trend;② the cities' competitive niche growth was not balanced;③ the cities' competitive niche gradually emerged an obvious stratification;④ the cities' competitive niche closer to the first city closer maintained a faster growth;⑤ the effects of genetic variation of the ecological niche on the relatively changes of city competition is greater than other index.Therefore,this paper proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions such as ① strengthening the function of the first city;② striving to improve the quality of the development of the urban group;③identifying the competitive strategy to achieve dislocation development;④ strengthening the complementary development and the first city or center city;⑤ increasing investment in fixed assets,science and technology,education and so on.
