Driving factors and paths of urban-rural integration development
Scientifically grasping the driving mechanism of urban-rural integration development is the key for China to solving the is-sues met in this development.The driving factors of urban-rural integration development are the main content of its driving mechanism.Focusing on this research topic,this article first used the grounded theory to extract the key driving factors of urban-rural integration de-velopment and constructed a theoretical model of these factors.After that,the interpretative structural model(ISM)was used to explore the influence relationship among the key driving factors and explore the driving paths of urban-rural integration development.The study found that:① The complex system of'the driving mechanism of urban-rural integration development'mainly included 13 key driving factors,which can be further summarized into five categories,including endogenous driving factors,exogenous driving factors,basic driving factors,synergistic driving factors,and environmental driving factors.② The driving factor system of urban-rural integration de-velopment was a multi-level hierarchical structure with five layers of driving factors.③'Basic driving factors → exogenous driving fac-tors → endogenous driving factors → urban-rural integration development'was the key driving path of urban-rural integration develop-ment.According to the connotation analysis of key driving factors,the specific corresponding category was'strategic development envi-ronment → talent introduction and training → technicalization and informationization → improvement of the public finance system →marketization degree of urban-rural factors → urban-rural integration development.'Based on these findings,this article puts forward the following policy proposals for promoting urban-rural integration development:giving full play to the function of the market in the al-location of urban and rural resources,continuous transformation of government economic functions,taking advantage of new information technology to enable the innovation of urban and rural social governance models,strengthening cooperation between urban and rural ar-eas to fully release collaborative governance efficiency,formulating corresponding development strategies based on local conditions,and strengthening top-level design.
