Simultaneous Integration of Education,Technology,and Talent:A Coordinated Approach to Higher Education Reform
The examination of the historical transition of global educational,talent,and technological centers in the modern era reveals that education,tech-nology,and talent are intricately interwoven and mutually reinforcing.However,as a nation undergoing late-stage development,the specific implementation strate-gies diverge from those of early modernized countries.To achieve sustained and comprehensive national transcendence,an unwavering commitment to prioritizing education is essential,grounded in a holistic perspective on the values inherent in education.Within the context of China's higher education development,there is a need for further clarification of the substantive goals encapsulated in the ambition to become a powerhouse in higher education.This necessitates a nuanced man-agement of the relationship between high education development and scientific re-search,expeditiously transforming a cohort of research-oriented universities into pivotal components of the nation's strategic scientific and technological capabilities.Additionally,fostering deeper integration of industry and education is crucial,aligning closely with industry dynamics to propel the transformation and elevation of China's industrial landscape.Furthermore,there is an essential imperative to comprehensively elevate the quality of talent cultivation,collabora-tively nurturing outstanding and innovative individuals.
