The Poetic Leadership of Chinese Education:Inheritance and Transformation
High-quality poetic education needs high-quality poetic leadership.Western scholars formally put forward and expounded the theory of"poetic leader-ship"from the perspective of the intersection and integration of poetics and lead-ership.In Chinese cultural tradition and educational governance practice,although there is no exact concept and expression of"poetic leadership",artistic,aesthetic and poetic governance propositions and practical exploration re-lated to this concept emerge one after another,which provides us with rich poetic leadership resources.From the tradition of Chinese poetry education,"poetic leadership"can obtain at least three levels of nourishment:The poetic leadership personality of"morality,benevolence and art",the poetic leadership function,and the poetic leadership realm.As the social productive forces move from"high-speed growth"to"high-quality development",people's spiritual and cultural needs and their longing for a better life are growing continuously;the proportion of aesthetic pursuit in human life is increasing;and education needs to change from"achievement education"to"perfect education".In this situation,the value and function of poetic leadership nurtured by the tradition of Chinese poetry edu-cation will be further demonstrated.
