为了深入理解普及化时代高等教育高质量发展的内涵并推动新的发展需求实现,需要首先梳理从精英化到普及化发展过程中的质量诉求演进逻辑;然后在必然取向中审视高等教育普及化时代的高等教育质量挑战,才能清晰感知时代发展脉搏,深刻理解普及化时代高等教育高质量发展在面对多样化学习需求、学习者为中心的方式转变和价值增值等方面的现实挑战.基于演进逻辑与现实挑战,应从马克思主义人学视域调整普及化时代高等教育质量发展的方向与内容,优化国家高等教育人才培养供给侧,创新高校教学实践与方法,构建和时代与社会同向的知识生产模式与学习共同体,促进高等教育以人性化、未来化、终身化为导向发展,满足国家和每一个体获得高质量发展的个性化学习诉求,在人与人、人与环境共同体建构中实现人与社会和自然的和谐共生和完整之人的养成.
The Connotation Evolution and Adjustment of High-quality Development of Higher Education in the Era of Popularization:The Perspective of the Marxist Theory of Anthropology
To deeply understand the connotation of high-quality development of higher education in the popularization era and promote the realization of new development needs,it is necessary to first sort out the evolution logic of quality demands in the process of development from elite to popularization;and then ex-amine the challenges of higher education quality in the era of popularization of higher education from an inevitable orientation,so as to clearly perceive the pulse of the development of the times and deeply understand the realistic challenges of high-quality development of higher education in the era of popularization in the face of diverse learning needs,learner-centered approach transformation,and value appreciation.Based on evolutionary logic and realistic challenges,it is nec-essary to adjust the direction and content of higher education quality development in the era of popularization from the perspective of Marxist humanism,optimize the supply side of national higher education talent training,innovate teaching practices and methods in colleges and universities,and build the knowledge pro-duction mode and learning community that meet the needs of the times and socie-ty,which promotes higher education to be humanized,future-oriented,and life-long,meets the individualized learning demands of the country and each individ-ual for high-quality development,and achieves the harmonious coexistence of man and society and nature and the cultivation of a complete man.
