The Ethical Concerns of Educational Metaverse and Countermeasures——Based on Bergman's Philosophical Perspective of Technology
Education metaverse is an innovative achievement under the mutual construction of metaverse technology and education,and also a new form of network education development in the future.It breaks through the boundary of time and space and physical conditions,opens up the educational situation beyond the reality,and makes it possible for the diversified development of students.Education metaverse also hidden ethical risk at the same time,mainly reflected in the expansion of virtual subjectivity,the role of teachers and students'real life experience,from the perspective of Bergman's technology philosophy.The educational metaverse is under the paradigm of devices,it will deny individual's participation in educational practice,fail to distinguish between edu-cation and learning consumption,dissociate education purpose from education means.However,people are not powerless in front of the device.Through the at-tention of the body in reality,focusing on connecting people with the educational situation,and encouraging teachers and students'present participation in educa-tional practice,it can to some extent eliminate the ethical risks of the educational metaverse and realize the value pursuit of education.
