Advancing the Modernization of China's Education Rule of Law with Codification Thinking
Codification thinking is a comprehensive,systematic,and inte-grated approach to analyzing legal issues.This method is widely reflected in the practice of the rule of law and includes systematic thinking,integrative thinking,and user thinking.To achieve the great goal of building a strong education country with Chinese characteristics,it is necessary to handle the relationship between normative order and vitality stimulation with a systematic perspective.This requires the use of codification thinking in the construction of the education rule of law system in legislation,judiciary,law enforcement,and compliance to refine,ana-lyze,and solve legal issues and problems.By advancing comprehensive education reform on the track of the rule of law,systematically promoting education legisla-tion,and comprehensively enhancing the modernization of the education govern-ance system and governance capacity,we can solidify the foundational guarantee for building a strong education country through the modernization of the education rule of law.
