Supporting Force of Science and Technology of Higher Education in Guangdong:From the Perspective of Coupling Relationship Between Higher Education and Regional Innovation
The supporting force of science and technology is an important characteristic and criterion of the strong socialist educational country with Chinese characteristics,which can be reflected by the coupling relationship between higher education and regional innovation.Guangdong has the highest level of in-dustrial innovation and development in China,but the overall coordination effect between local higher education and regional innovation still needs to be improved.We should rely on the endowment of regional innovation resources;select appro-priate innovation models,and play the guiding role of the government effectively;ensure the sustainable development of regional innovation,and build a regional technology transfer and transformation center;and promote the integrated reform of the system and mechanism of education,science and technology,and talents.
