Research on the Evaluation and Enhancement of Labor Education Capability in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of System Theory
Labor education in colleges and universities is a complex,system-atic project that requires systematic planning,multi-subject participation,multi-department coordination,and integration of multiple elements.The capability of labor education in colleges and universities directly determine the effectiveness of labor education in schools and is related to the in-depth promotion and high-qual-ity development of labor education.From the perspective of system theory,this study applied the Delphi expert consultation method to construct a university labor education capability evaluation index system consisting of five primary indicators:organizational planning capability,cultural innovation capability,curriculum de-velopment capability,resource guarantee capability,and evaluation capability.Additionally,the index system includes twelve secondary indicators and forty ter-tiary indicators.Recommendations for enhancing university labor education capa-bility are presented in five aspects:organizational management,cultural innova-tion,curriculum development,resource guarantee,and evaluation improvement.
