Abstract
Policy governance and legal governance play a crucial role in the quality governance of vocational and technical industry-education integration.Pol-icy governance has promoted the high-quality development efficiency of industry-education integration in China's vocational and technical education,while legal governance has standardized the basic order of high-quality development of the in-tegration.The quality governance of the industry-education integration in vocational and technical education in China has gone through three stages:policy governance,legal governance,and the integration of policy governance and legal governance.The quality policy governance of vocational and technical industry-education integration includes mechanisms such as organization,guidance,in-centives,and guarantees.The legal governance of vocational and technical indus-try-education integration quality includes mechanisms such as order,responsibili-ty,rights,and punishment.To promote the quality policy governance of the in-dustry-education integration in vocational and technical education,it is necessary to further improve the institutional system,evaluation system,supervision system,support system,and service system.To promote the legal governance of the industry-education integration in vocational and technical education,it is nec-essary to further improve the regulatory system,implementation system,and law enforcement inspection.
