育人是教师决策成为伦理决策的关键维度,指向育人的中小学教师伦理决策关注育人成长、使人为善而使其能够关照学校德育.以决策育人的中小学教师伦理决策的发生映现学校德育理念的同时受到学校德育理念的启益、践行学校德育制度的同时接受学校德育制度的规约、引领学校德育实践的同时附随学校德育实践的统整.以育人为导向的中小学教师伦理决策能够导引学生道德行为的培育、强化教师道德敏感的培养、推进学校道德环境的培塑.在此背景下,培育关照中小学德育的教师伦理决策要坚持育人为本的基本立场、落实教师教育的制度规范、优化师生之间的对话沟通、遵奉决策行动的边界原则.
The Moral Education Significance of the Ethical Decision-making of Primary and Secondary School Teachers and Its Cultivation:Based on the Perspective of Educating People by Decision-making
Educating people is the key dimension for teachers'decision-mak-ing to become ethical decision-making,and ethical decision-making of primary and secondary school teachers aiming at educating people focuses on educating people to grow up and make people do good,so that they have already been in-volved in and can take care of moral education in schools.Educating people by decision-making for primary and secondary school teachers reflects the school's moral education concept while being influenced by the school's moral education concept,practicing the school's moral education system and accepting the school's moral education system regulations,and leading the practice of moral ed-ucation in schools and accompanying the integration of the practice of moral edu-cation in schools.The education-oriented ethical decision-making of primary and secondary school teachers can guide the cultivation of students'moral behavior,strengthen the cultivation of teachers'moral sensitivity,and promote the cultivation of the school's moral environment.Under this background,cultivating teachers'ethical decision-making that cares the moral education in primary and secondary schools must adhere to the basic standpoint of educating people,imple-ment the system and norms of teacher education,establish dialogue and commu-nication between teachers and students,and follow the boundary principle of de-cision-making and action.
