从延安时期中国共产党肩负的政治使命、面临的政治形势、党的自身状况以及所处的生存环境等方面分析延安时期党的政治建设的历史动因.延安时期,中国共产党在政治建设上进行了卓有成效的探索,初步形成了有机互动的"系统工程",有效统领党的建设伟大工程,有力引领党的自我革命,以党内法规制度保障实施,蕴含着"系统化""统领性""引领性"和"制度化"的实践逻辑,呈现出"自在的整体建设"状态.新时代加强党的政治建设,要深刻把握延安时期党的政治建设的实践逻辑,结合全面从严治党的新实践进行创造性转化和创新性发展,在深化对党的政治建设的系统化认知的基础上,自觉主动地加强党的政治建设,在"自为的系统建构"中,充分发挥党的政治建设对新时代党的建设新的伟大工程的统领作用和对党的自我革命的引领作用.
Abstract
This article analyzes the historical basis of the political building of the Communist Party of China(henceforth the CPC)during the Yan'an period,focusing on the political mission,political situation that the Party faced as well as its standing and living conditions in this period.The CPC had made fruitful explorations in its political building and developed an integral and interactive"systemic project"of political building supported by internal rules and regulations and had effec-tively led to the CPC's self-reform and the domination of the great project of Party building,embra-cing the practical logical of"system","dominance","guidance",and"institutionalization",con-stituting a"self-consistent overall building".To enhance the political building of the Party in the new era,we should understand the practical logic during that period,adopt new and creative ap-proaches to advancing it in line with the practical requirement of exercising full and strict govern-ance over the Party in the new era,and work actively to strengthen the Party's political building in the new era on the basis of a systematic grasp of it.While in constructing a"self-motivated system"of political building,we should fully play its role of dominance for the great new project of Party building in the new era and guide its self-reform.
