共同富裕与分配正义

摘要
从分配正义的观点来探讨共同富裕,需要关注两个问题,一个是共同富裕意味着什么,另外一个是如何达到共同富裕.目前有三种主要的分配正义理论,即平等论、足够论和优先论.平等论把共同富裕解释为"同等富裕",其达到此目标的方式是平等化,但它难以克服"拉平反驳"的诘难.足够论把共同富裕解释为"足够富裕",并为"足够"设置了门槛,但它的解释和达到目标的方式难以避免模糊性和任意性.优先论把共同富裕解释为"帮助底层群体",把底层群体的利益放在优先的位置,它不仅在理论上是更合理的,而且在实践上也是更可行的.
Abstract
The two problems need to be focused on regarding the theories of distributive justice and common prosperity.One is what the term common prosperity means,the other is how to achieve common prosperity.There are three theories of distributive justice in contemporary political philoso-phy,egalitarianism,sufficientarianism,and prioritarianism.Egalitarianism interprets the common prosperity as a kind of equal prosperity and can be achieved by equalization,yet it is challenged by the problem of"levelling down objection."Sufficientarianism interprets the common prosperity as a kind of sufficient prosperity and to set up a threshold for it,but this interpretation and the goal is vague and arbitrary.Prioritarianism interprets the common prosperity as the means to benefit disad-vantaged groups and to put the interests of disadvantaged groups the priority.Prioritarianism as a theory of distributive justice is not only reasonable,but is also feasible.
