摘要
现代化离不开治理,治理也离不开现代化,现代化治理与治理现代化是不可分割的一体两面.中国式现代化内在特征决定了其治理主要体现为大国治理、文明治理、公平治理、环境治理、发展治理.世界现代化总体趋势决定了其治理是顺应和维护市场化、民主化、城市化、绿色化、法制化、全球化的合作共治.治理视角下的国家现代化与世界现代化表现为国家治理与全球治理的互动关系.中国在治理主体、领域、制度和利益上应保持与世界良性互动,统筹兼顾国家利益和国际利益、自身安全和共同安全、自身发展和共同发展,促进中国式现代化与世界各国现代化携手共进.
Abstract
Modernization is inseparable from governance and vice versa.The inherent characteristics of Chinese modernization determine that its governance mainly reflects the governance of China as a great power,governance of civilization,fair governance,environmental governance,and develop-mental governance.The overall trend of world modernization determines that the governance is to conform to and maintain the cooperative governance of marketization,democratization,urbaniza-tion,greenization,legalization,and globalization.From the perspective of governance,national modernization and world modernization are manifested in the interaction between national govern-ance and global governance.China should maintain benign interaction with the world in terms of the subjects,fields,systems,and interests of governance,take into account national and international interests,self-security and common security,self-development and common development,and pro-mote Chinese path to modernization to work together with other countries in the world.
