从传统生产力到新质生产力
From Traditional Productive Forces to New-quality Productive Forces

摘要
人类经济社会的重大进步都以生产力革命为推动力.作为马克思生产力理论的创新性发展,新质生产力是一场新的生产力革命.改革开放后,我国以发展生产力开启中国特色社会主义伟大实践,逐渐形成了以传统生产力支撑的发展模式.随着我国经济发展阶段性转换,以传统生产力支撑的发展模式难以为继,发展新质生产力是转变发展方式、推动高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点.在实践中,新质生产力已经展现出作为推动高质量发展、引领新一轮产业革命的强劲推动力、支撑力.发展新质生产力,必须遵循经济运行规律,促进传统生产力转型升级,坚持因地制宜,从实际出发,注重教育科技人才协同发展,构建相适应的新型生产关系.
Abstract
Significant progress in human economic and social development is generally driven by rev-olutions in productive forces.As an innovative development of Marx's theory of productive forces,new-quality productive forces represent a revolution in productive forces.Following the initiation of the reform and opening-up policy,China has embarked on a path of socialist development with Chi-nese characteristics,gradually establishing a development model supported by traditional productive forces.With the transition of China's economic development stages,the development mode suppor-ted by traditional productive forces is no longer sustainable.Developing new-quality productive forces is an intrinsic requirement for transforming the development mode and achieving high-quality development.In practice,new-quality productive forces have demonstrated strong driving and sup-porting forces for high-quality development and industrial revolution.To develop new-quality pro-ductive forces,it is necessary to follow the laws of economic operation,facilitate the transformation and upgrading of traditional productive forces,use methods in line with local circumstances,pro-ceed from reality,emphasize the synergistic development of science,technology,education,and talent,and to construct corresponding new production relations.
